Strolled in to the store the day after the soft opening and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and enjoyed the exhibit of local photographers. The store is very nicely laid out and while I was pondering a Leica Q I only walked away with a shutter button for my M6. A big thank you to Allie who showed me around and engaged in conversation around photography. I would definitely recommend people stop by if even to check out the art work and chat with the knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Chicago.

It's a beautiful space showcasing historical Leica ephemera, the newest Leica gear, and works of local artists. The staff are immensely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, allowing you to handle any of their items in store for a hands on experience. It is place designed for functional luxury without the snobbery sometimes associated with Leica users. Whether you're a long-time fan or first time user, the new space is worth the visit.

We went to the Leica Chicago opening day and was honestly so pleased by how welcoming the staff was. The best part is that you can just come in and explore their whole line of products without feeling any of that typical pressure to make a purchase. Greg got us all set up with our accounts and really made it a great experience. Definitely worth stopping by!
